Caitlin Lafaele

    ALL ABOUT VERONIQUE

Hello! Here is Veronique!

She is asking us all about what we eat in our cultures, and telling us all about her, her culture and about her bistro café. I was interested to learn that she loves eating frogs and snails.

She was so nice to share her special recipe from her café with us, and she showed us around the cheese shop too. Veronique's food was so delicious and she shared some of her recipes with us. We ate panne chocolate, baguettes and macaroons, and gave us some treats before we left.
Well what you see here is Veronque, me, Sabrina, Anastasia, Joan taking some photos at her café. Did you notice the green plastic frog on the top of the barrel. This is her water jug that she puts on the table. She thinks it is very funny.

What you have here is me and Joan eating Veronique's secret crème brulee recipe. She burnt the sugar with a blow torch. It was so delicious and one of my favourite foods that I've ever eaten before.
